Edo Genroku Sake was enjoyed by people in the 17th century and
reintroduced now by an authentic recipe.
Produced with only half the amount of water makes it different than
regular sake. The amber color and thickness in texture create this
unique sake.
Enjoy it either cold or hot. Drinking it cold compliments the tangy and
sour flavor, and drinking it hot brings out the sweetness. Good to use
for cooking also, especially with bold flavored dishes.
